"Easy to find easy access great stay"

"A most disappointing stat Although the front facing staff were kind and accommodating, there seemed to be a disconnect between them and management. The shower was lovely But The pillows were very uncomfortable There was only tea in the room - no provision for coffee or anything else on either day Very few Power points! The cooked Breakfast was cold and there was not enough milk provided for cereal. "

"Highlights: nicely refurbished bedroom, great power shower, friendly and helpful staff, great location on seafront, cosy granny chic vibe in communal areas Would have appreciated a fridge in the room, bathtub for soaking after a long walk, prefer a breakfast buffet with lots of choice, ground floor bedroom hot at night with windows kept closed for security- would ask for upper floors next time. "

"Perfect. 5 stars across the board. Great central location for days out across Suffolk, with the benefit of a wonderful sun trap of a large garden, fully safe for our small, inquisitive dog. Highly recommended."
