The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly every knowledge of the area. Five days earlier I had left my phone behind on a train. Dealing with the lost and found on Japan rail possible without the help of the staff. After attempting to get our phone back from day, one the only way this was facilitated was helpful communication from the staff of the hotel to the Rail company.
I could never express my gratitude to the of the hotel.

"Fantastic service by every single staff member at the hotel. Close and convenient to main train station. Rooms are on the smaller size especially if travelling with a larger family.
