The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable, and I loved the projector they had. The breakfast was very tasty and the view from the terrace on the 10th floor was nice. I don't know when I’ll be back, but they’ll be my first choice when I do.

This hotel has a good location in Ueno near Nakamise Market and Don Quixote and good local restaurants in neighborhoods. Also close to Ueno park and the Narita Express Ueno stop. The rooms are tight with a long thin hallway, and when you open the bathroom door you can't walk through the hallway, but the bathroom is clean and nice shower.

The room was slightly bigger than the other Japan hotels we stayed at. Def still tight though if you have a lot of luggage. The amenities were good and we liked the bathroom. The spot is very convenient. The view from our room was nice. We know it’s next to the red light district, but if you are from America it def doesn’t feel like that and the people standing outside have big jackets on. It’s very easy to ignore them. Plus the area has so many restaurants and people around that it kind of jus feels like they are just there.
