"Grand floor room was very nice. Clean with plenty of amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The service in the restaurant could have been better but still 5 stars overall. "

"The staff was great. The room was clean and well equipped.
In winter, it could be good to provide more blankets in the rooms, as they are quite cold and I personally do not want to use the heater."

"For quiet but easy connections to transit, hotel was in a perfect location. My family of four enjoyed our corner family room overlooking one end of Ueno Park. Park proximity was special. We utilized its amenities a lot - for a stroll, a run, and for enjoying culture. For western standards, space was tight but for Japan, room was bigger accommodation than expected. Staff was polite and respectful. We will return. Thanks for a nice week stay."
"Excellent hotel, large room, good service, convenient location. Subway station is very close to the hotel. There is a 24 hour open convenient store Lawson at the second floor of the hotel. You can buy food, drinks and other daily necessities. "
"Great hotel. Room was small, but for one person it was manageable. Very clean, great amenities as convenient store was downstairs. Very close to good train station"
"My fourth time i have stayed here. I enjoyed my stay again. Always a clean room, quiet. Laundry facilities where busy though but that’s not the hotels fault."
