"The staff is really nice. Helpful and accommodating. The morning food service is a nourishing hot breakfast self service, better than most in the area. But it's off the beat'n track at the end of the frontage road. Steak'nShake is next door, plenty of other new franchise eats across Hwy 16 (one light) like Cracker Barrel, Chic-fil-A, McDonalds, Freddy's. Visit annually for over 10 years, prefer the extra space like rm. 231, less noise from ice machine on 3rd floor same room but right above the breakfast and side door stairs, highly convenient and comforable."

"Very comfortable stay; some confusing information. Before arriving, received a text about checking in online early, and in that process it stated pets were not allowed; however I had booked the site primarily because they allowed dogs and I was traveling with mine. When I got to the hotel I went to the desk and asked about pets; they do in fact allow pets. There was very littlte presence at the front desk. I stopped in to check out in the morning but no one was available. about half hour after leaving I got a text to check out online (not particularly convenient when driving). The hotel was great for the price but the management processes just a bit inconvenient."
