"Rooms were clean. Beds were extremely hard but thats personal preference. Shower never really got hot but water pressure was fantastic. Laundry was super convenient and they supplied detergent but it took 6.5 hrs to go through an entire cycle. Ended up hang drying a lot of our laundry overnight. While the room was small they made efficient use of the space they had."

"Hotel had a great location, close to shopping and the Tokyo Metro system (Asakusa Station), it was also around two blocks from Senso-Ji Temple. You can also walk to the Sumida River in just around a 15 minute walk. Also directly across the street from a Lawson store, as anyone familiar with Japan knows is essential :-). Room was nice and well appointed, small but that is the norm in Japan. Amenities were not as good as other hotels we have stayed at in Japan. Check out was 10 AM, which was a bit inconvenient, and I don't know why this is necessary when other hotels we stayed at had a checkout time of 11 AM. This early checkout was less than desirable."

"I had a very enjoyable stay at the Asakusa View Hotel. My executive room was a good size, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and the view of the Tokyo Skytree was fantastic. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, and all of the staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful throughout my stay. My only slight disappointment was the breakfast. Although there was a good selection of teas available, I couldn’t find any traditional English breakfast tea, which would have been a nice option for international guests. I also felt that the breakfast selection was somewhat limited and catered more towards Japanese tastes, with fewer choices for those looking for a more traditional Western-style breakfast. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend the hotel. The cleanliness, comfortable room, wonderful Skytree view and excellent staff made it a very pleasant experience."

"This was my first time staying in Tokyo and I thought it was a great hotel. Good location in Asakusa. The hotel entrance in clean and safe. The lobby on the 13th floor has a great view and restaurant. I had their free breakfast which was very nice. The room was very adequately sized. The beds were comfortable. Good clean bathroom and overall very solid."
