From the moment we arrived we felt welcome by the staff, everyone was friendly. The building itself is beautiful and our room was perfect. We looked forward to come back to relax after busy days exploring Mexico City.
Located in a quiet street of the beautiful Condesa neighborhood, we were very close to the vibrant Parque Mexico as well as a huge amount of cafes, restaurants, bars, etc.
Kudos to the team at Casa Decu, we can't wait to come back.

I found the receptionist at the Business Club to be somewhat unapproachable. When I approached her for assistance, her tone came across as unfriendly and not particularly welcoming. At times, it felt as though my requests for help were an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to assist a guest.
Given that the Business Club is a guest-facing area, I would expect a warmer, more approachable, and service-oriented attitude. A friendlier tone and greater willingness to assist would make the experience considerably more positive.
