Additional sleeping arrangements include a separate room partitioned off the living room with twin bunk beds. The living room features a pull out sleeper sofa with flat screen television and is surrounded by windows and sliding glass door that overlooks the front yard with peek a boo views of the open water. The kitchen, combined with the dining room offers a large dining table with 6 chairs, great when entertaining and gaming. Additional amenities include central air conditioning, tile floor, laminate floor, wireless internet and BBQ grill.
