"While there is a lot to do on the property, we were super disappointed in the quality of the resort. The rooms clearly need to be upgraded as the sheets have seen better days as has the carpet and bathrooms. It’s all just a little bit yucky. The hot tub area at the pool has algae and hair clumps around it. We could very easily hear the people in the room next to us at night through the adjoining door which was extremely annoying. For as much as we paid to stay there, which was a lot, I expected way more. I expected a resort tended to and overseen with love and care. We did not experience that. "

"Everything about this home was absolutely amazing. The location, décor, amenities, all of it perfect. We loved waking up each morning and just relaxing in the pool while grilling up lunch or playing bartender at the indoor and outdoor bar areas, socializing and listening to music from the overhead speakers present throughout the house, before heading out to Coachella each day. My only regret is not booking an extra day to just relax and enjoy the house more.Meanwhile, the host Dean is a super nice guy, and I really loved how he was there to greet us and give us a quick little tour and show us where everything was and how things like the pool, music and grill worked. It was a super nice personal touch you don't usually get, and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with him about his life working in music and his pet Aussies, which I also have.Staying at Deans' place made our weekend all the more memorable and we will 1000% be looking to book here again anytime we come back to Palm Desert. "

"Adult only oasis…love the vibe, the location to the main drag, from the breakfast basket to the complimentary bubbly at dawn sitting at the fire table on the patio….my favourite place to stay in Palm Desert. Thank you again for another great stay 😊☀️🌴"

"The front office staff is friendly and helpful with maps of the property. Parking logistics. Etc. The 3 bedroom unit we rented for the weekend was wonderful! Spacious and a private green backyard with chairs and a fire pit. Large kitchen and living room plenty of space for us to work during the day. Nice community pool. The garage held two cars in tight quarters but plenty of parking around the property. Loved everything about the property! "

"Casa Roca was a pleasure to stay at over Coachella weekend, 2026. Clean, out of the way(private), serene, and more beds than i could count. i could have slept in a different bed each night. Bedrooms, washrooms, kitchen, living area, yard etc were all kept clean, and good condition- pillows, sheets, bed linens, towels etc were all in appropriate condition as well. very comfortable."

The kids had a blast and the adults got to relax and enjoy every bit of it. Jen was an amazing host — super responsive, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests' experience. The home and all of its amenities exceeded our expectations. We'd highly recommend booking this property to anyone.""
