The hotel is very well situated, and we got great service (shoutout to Manuel at reception!). The public areas and the room were all very clean and well maintained. The room doors slam very loudly, and so when other guests leave or arrive early morning or late at night we hear doors slamming. It would be accommodating if complimentary water bottles were replenished daily and not just upon arrival. We would stay there again!

What a wonderful NYC experience!
Felt like we were the only ones there , the way everyone treated us! Awesome service.. great food and the use of space made the room more useful than most hotels I’ve been to (and I’ve traveled extensively!)
