"Pros: Les Pouilles est une région magnifique de l'Italie. Pour ses paysages, ses spécialités culinaires, ses habitants très accueillants. Ce gîte a vraiment contribué à ces merveilleuses vacances. Il est très bien situé à la fois pour visiter le Nord et ses villes touristiques ainsi que pour visiter le Sud avec ses plages et piscines naturelles. Stefano war ein außergewöhnlich hilfsbereiter Gastgeber – immer erreichbar, freundlich und weit mehr als nur das Nötigste für uns getan. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an willkommen und wohl gefühlt. "Breakfast included, you get to choose anything you want on a menu, quick and delicious. Location couldn’t be beat!! The main entrance street parking available - we found every evening. And the back door is your entrance directly into old town (ZTL zone ). The room was spacious , the shower was decent size. Additionally, we loved that they had a laundry machine and dryer in hotel you can use (5 euros per wash) , so convenient for us. Highly recommend when going to Lecce by car."

"The breakfast was ok but if you arrived after 9.30 (breakfast finishes at 10am) the food was being cleared away, tables weren't re-laid. Staff at breakfast weren't very friendly and it was difficult getting a coffee. The main waiter was incredibly rude and almost took a croissant from my husband on the first day! Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room nice - although beware suite if you have mobility issues as bed very low and shower / bath up a number of stairs. Restaurant opposite hotel on beach (where you could use your half board voucher ) was excellent and very good value. Good location for beach and close to bus to harbour area."

"Friendly and helpful staff, including about often complicated issues in Italy such as parking (it’s simplest to pay a daily fee to park in the hotel’s underground lot). Breakfast was decent and filling. The location works well for those willing to walk a bit — I’d say it’s better to stay outside the historic center than inside it, and this hotel is only a 10-minute walk outside. Overall a comfortable and pleasant experience."

"Un séjour enchanteur et un accueil inoubliable au cœur des Pouilles ! Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magique à la Masseria Montepaolo. Niché en pleine campagne, cet hébergement est un véritable havre de paix, à la fois authentique, calme et propice à la détente. Le cadre est tout simplement magnifique et idéal pour se ressourcer. Au-delà de la beauté du site, c'est la dimension humaine qui nous a le plus marqués : les hôtes sont d'une extrême gentillesse. Incroyablement attentionnés, disponibles et très proches de leurs visiteurs, ils partagent volontiers leurs conseils et veillent sur chaque détail avec beaucoup de bienveillance. On se sent tout de suite comme à la maison et l'on est choyé du début à la fin. Une adresse rare que nous recommandons les yeux fermés ! Merci pour ce séjour mémorable, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir."
