"We only stayed one night as we had a flight out of Brindisi early the next morning, The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They stored our bags since we got there so early, ordered our taxi for the next morning, and provided us with a very nice "breakfast box" the next morning at 4:00 am. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and accommodating. The room, while small, was perfect, Comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities."

From the moment we arrived, Daunia, Matteo and Alessandro welcomed us with such genuine warmth and kindness that we immediately felt at home. It was far more than simply a hotel welcome — from the very beginning, we felt sincerely cared for. A very special mention must go to Daunia, the General Manager. She took the time to understand what would make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, and then went far beyond anything we could reasonably have expected to ensure my wife and I had a wonderful experience in Lecce. What impressed us most was not simply what she did, but how she did it — with incredible warmth, generosity and genuine care. It felt personal, and it meant an enormous amount to us. Alessandro and Matteo were also fantastic, always warm, attentive and ready to help, and that wonderful hospitality continued throughout our stay. Palazzo Sant’Anna is beautiful, but what we will remember most are the people. Genuine hospitality comes from the heart, and Daunia and her team have it in abundance. Thank you, Daunia, Alessandro and Matteo. You made our time in Lecce truly special. We would return without hesitation."

"The property had a lovely studio type room ie bed, kitchenette, bathroom. An Italian breakfast was supplied on the rooftop of the premises. This was a lovely spot to dine. The hosts helped with meal recommendations & ringing taxis. So they helped to make my stay more pleasurable. I would have liked a few amenities for the 4 star status eg tissues, shower cap, vanity set. I was greeted with a bottle of wine and a yummy cake, though. Lecce is a beautiful Baroque city. The Old Town is one of the prettiest and cleanest I’ve seen in Italy. There are a lot of sights to see too eg churches, main entry gates, Roman amphitheatre, Duomo & bell tower with excellent views over the city. I’d recommend this town to everyone."
