"Beautiful stay at the Palazzo Zimara. Gorgeous room, lovely modern bathroom. Unique property. Fantastic breakfast. Many thanks to David at the front desk who personally took me to park the car on the first day. Lovely rosé welcome with traditional Apulian snacks. Loved my stay."

"It was truly such a lovely stay and the best part of our Italy trip. Each room looks super unique and we were huge fans of ours, in a lovely quiet and picturesque part of the old town still just like a 2-5 minutes walk to the best restaurants and 10 minutes to the busy central historic area squares, and easy access to the walled off area outside which was important as cabs cannot always access the historic zone and we had to walk a just few mins with our luggage from the historic city walls. If you book a transfer with them directly you can probably avoid the walk and get dropped off direct with a driver that has the special access to the historic zone but we booked last minute so hailed a cab from the airport. Was so fun wandering around the property itself and perfect location in town, and the staff were truly a standout and so amazing!"

The location is excellent, the apartments are spacious and clean. The breakfast alone makes it an easy “yes.” The staff is what makes the experience. They communicated well prior to our arrival. They were invaluable resources to us for travel plans and questions. We felt right at home. We began as strangers and left as friends. "

"The property sent us important information over WhatsApp instead of through Hotels dot com or email. We don’t normally use WhatsApp so never got their messages. This resulted in an angry hotel receptionist confronting my startled wife. It all worked out in the end, but my wife was terribly upset being scolded in front of other hotel guests. Other than that, everything was great."
