Hotel reception staff could have been a little more helpful when income to recommending where to eat. Would stay again, but only if there was an offer on the room price. Air conditioning didnt work"

I stayed in one of the suites and the room was very clean and had everything in that I needed for my 2 night stay. Loads of parking available. Bar was nice and the food I had in the bar was really nice. Would highly recommended and would definitely stop again. Thanks again to all the staff and again to Natalie who was extremely friendly and very welcoming. Steven."

Reception staff excellent Didn’t use any spa facilities so can’t comment. Overall impression that the whole building needs attention. Very good position for Chesterfield."
