"I can't say enough about how beautiful the grounds and scenery are. The staff were all incredibly polite and our room was spacious. The only issue was arriving to a room full of mosquitoes, and we woke up with a bunch of bites despite keeping the windows and door closed. The rest of our experience was so good that I'd still recommend it without hesitation. Just maybe pack extra repellant!"

Die Gastgeberin war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.In der schönen Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht.Fahrtzeit nach Pisa 1 Stunde 45 Minuten und Florenz 1 Stunde 25 Minuten. Nachts die Serpentinen hoch ist ein kleines Abenteuer, da allerhand Wild unterwegs ist."

Es wundert mich auch nicht mehr, dass es bei der Anzeige keine Fotos vom Bad gibt, es ist eine Katastrophe .Die gesamte Wohnung ist schmutzig, modriger Geruch hinter scheußlichen Wandverkleidungen. Überall hohe Absätze zwischen den Türen. ( mein Mann ist gleich gestürzt ). Es gab kein Licht im Schlafzimmer, Elektrik gefählich, im " Bad" Schimmel, gerissene Glasscheibe, kaputte Fließen, und..und..und. Wir sind nach einer Nacht abgereist, das Bett war...

"Grand hotel Cappuggi did not disappoint. I stayed with my 3 children for 10 nights end of june , start of july. Very reasonably priced 4* hotel experience haf by all. A little out of town (2 miles) but free shuttle bus (or taxi if not available) shows excellent customer care. Receptionists very helpful, cleaners nice and cheerful. Fabulous swimming pool essential in 38° temperatures. Football and tennis available. Ball provided keeping my boys well entertained. Thiroughly recommend this hotel as a point from where to explore Tuscany and further afield. "
