Clean and very convenient

Every staffs at the hotel knew their jobs and were always trying to help me whatever questions I had regarding using facilities of the hotel and traveling within Korean. They arranged transportation to the airport and even had a free shuttle van circling around the hotel. This service was very convenient to get to the Pangyo subway station. I want to stay at this hotel later when I visit Seongnam.

They didn’t clean the room on my last day staying at 3PM when I came back from work. So I checked out earlier on the precious day and also cleaning condition was bad. Quite messy. I complained about it during staying but no changes.

We love this hotel!

This is a great place for a quick 하캉스. Check-in was smooth. The front desk staff all seem to speak English well. We loved our room, especially our 5-year-old son. It was clean with an attractive view outside. The mall conveniently connected to the hotel is bright and spacious with a variety of restaurants and fun places to spend time with children. The swimming pool is very nice! The fitness room has several treadmills, an adjustable flat bench, a dumbbell rack with a wide range of weights, a foldable exercise mat and even foam rollers. The fitness room itself is small but has what you need if you know what you're doing. The breakfast buffet was very good with a decent variety of well-prepared foods! The price is pretty good, especially compared to other buffet restaurants and hotel buffets these days. All the staff we encountered were kind as well. We definitely look forward to coming here again when we need a quick getaway from our daily routine.

다 좋았어요. 몇년째 이맘때쯤 분당 올 일이 있어 올때마다 여기에 묵었는데 이번에도 괜찮았습니다. 다만 한가지 아쉬운 점이 있다면 입실 했을 때 방 온도가 23.5도로 세팅 되어 있어 너무 추워서 놀랐습니다. 너무 더운 여름이라 시원하라고 그렇게 세팅 해주신거라지만 온도가 너무 낮았다고 생각합니다. 한 25도정도도 괜찮았을 것 같아요.
