"This hotel operates without front desk staff for check-in. Instead, you enter the main sliding door using a code sent to you with your reservation. To access your room, you’ll need to scan a QR code generated after completing the check-in process at the kiosk located in the lobby near the entrance. The whole experience was new to me, but it worked out smoothly in the end. The room was very clean, quiet, and had a nice, well-maintained bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. "I've stayed in this hotel a few times, and it's generally good. They have now installed a self check-in kiosk. A voice over a speaker helped me check-in. I personally don't prefer this method. It's very convenient and I probably would stay there again if ever in Suwon. "
