"On arrival our 2 night booking could not be found we were then given a room overlooking a roof directly outside the laundry and cleaners room. "The hotel was lovely just as depicted in pictures. Unfortunately there is a heat wave and understandably no ac. But the window only opened a couple of inches so room was almost unbearable"
