Most kind host and spacious villa!

We enjoyed the space and privacy of this lovely and comfortable villa. Most impressed we were with the care that Barbara and her brother took to welcome us and to promptly help out with some minor issues. The surroundings of the villa are very quiet and peaceful. The pool, veranda and gazebo are great. With the car it is about 15 min to Labin and 25 to the beaches of Rabac.

I would like to express my gratitude for the opportunity to rent this wonderful house! Everything was simply perfect: a cozy atmosphere, cleanliness, and excellent renovation. The house fully matched the description and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the quiet and picturesque location — an ideal place for rest and relaxation. The hosts were very attentive and responsive, always ready to help and answer any questions. We had an unforgettable time here, will definitely come back again, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and tranquility!

TOP Pool, großes Haus!

Tolles Grundstück (sehr gepflegt) mit großem tollen Pool.Das Haus selbst würden wir als befriedigend einstufen.Ausstattung durchschnittlich, da hatten wir schon wesentlich bessere FH. Entsprechend fanden wir Preis/Leistung eher ausreichend, also nicht so gut!

Ein absoluter Traum

Die Bilder entsprechen absolut dem, was man vor Ort vorfindet. Ein sehr gepflegtes Hau mit einem riesigen Grundstück und einem wirklich großen Pool. Zudem Hundefreundlich und komplett eingezäunt. Die Betreuung durch die Gastgeber ist absolut vorbildlich und sehr herzlich. Der Pool und auch die Grünanlagen werden regelmäßig gepflegt. Durch die ruhige Lage sehr geeignet für Familien (auch mit Hund). Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ferienhaus absolut Top - Ortsangabe im Inserat irreführend

Das Ferienhaus/Garten/Pool waren erstklassig. Das Personal bei Übergabe sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Von daher war das ein toller Urlaub. Was uns wirklich gestört hat, war die ungefähre Ortsangabe des Ferienhauses bei der Buchung und bis zur Zahlung der Schlussrate. Die Lage des Hauses wurde in Labin angezeigt, mit der Möglichkeit Cafe´s Restaurants und anderes fußläufig zu erreichen. Nach Zahlung der letzten Rate (ab da man auch nicht mehr kostenfrei stornieren kann) konnten wir die tatsächliche Adresse des Ferienhauses einsehen - 7 Kilometer außerhalb von Labin - hier war nichts fußläufig erreichbar. Das war nicht in unserem Sinne. Diese Praxis sollte Fewo direkt dringend ändern und bei der Lage der Objekte mit offenen Karten spielen.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir sind sehr nett Empfangen worden. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben und vor allem sauber. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist abseits von anderen um ungestört zu sein und dennoch ist man schnell in der Stadt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder

Wunderbare Tage in tollem Haus

Wir haben gemeinsam mit einer weiteren Familien einen tollen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, der Pool ist top, alles war super sauber bei unserer Ankunft und die Kommunikation mit Barbara war auch super unkompliziert. Also alles in allem hervorragend!

Top Unterkunft

Wir waren 3 Paare mit einer erwachsenen und einer jugendlichen Tochter sowie einem großen Hund. Wir sind von der Vermieterin sehr herzlich empfangen worden und es hat uns an überhaupt nichts gefehlt. Wir haben die 14 Tage in der Villa Agnese sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Wenn wir wieder in Kroatien Urlaub machen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder die Villa Agnese buchen. Die Vermieterin stand uns auch mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und gab uns gute Tipps für Freizeitangebote und guten Restaurants.

Traumhaus Agnese

Als wir nach anstrengender Fahrt am Ziel angekommen waren, fühlten wir uns gleich heimisch. Das Haus war pikobello sauber, jedes Zimmer war wie beschrieben. Wir Reisen sehr viel, hatten schon viele Häuser und Fincas, aber hier hatten wir auch genügend Utensilien zum putzen Sogar einen Trockner hatten wir! Dann die Barbara, eine sehr liebenswerte Person, immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Danke nochmals für alles. Was nirgends beschrieben stand, zweimal in der Woche kamen extra Poolreiniger.

Mehr als perfekt

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie (Kind 6 Jahre + Eltern + Großeltern) eine Woche im Haus. Das Objekt ist fantastisch, die schönste Ferienunterkunft die wir je hatten. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Viel Platz, schön und modern eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und absolut sauber, die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und war sehr leise. Der Pool ist riesig und sauber, es gibt einen kleinen Spielplatz, Außendusche, Fahrräder, toller Grill, Waschmaschine und Wäscheleinen usw. Es ist super ruhig, man hört und sieht viele Tiere (Vögel, Hasen, Schmetterlinge und Taubenschwänzchen, wir konnten sogar einen großen Hirschkäfer finden). Aus gesundheitlichen Gründen konnten wir nicht so viel unternehmen, was hier aber gar nicht schlimm war. Wir haben uns wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir wurden von Barbara in Empfang genommen und bestens betreut. Sie hat uns auch bei den bereits erwähnten gesundheitlichen Problemen sehr geholfen und war über alle Maße für uns da. Thank you ♥️

Tolles Erlebnis

Sehr schönes und sauberes Haus in ruhiger und abgelegener Umgebung. Man konnte schön die Seele baumeln lassen. Wurden sehr Herzlich von Barbara empfangen ,die uns Tipps gegeben hat, was man alles tolles in der Umgebung machen kann (Boot fahren, beste Pizza Kroatiens essen). Diese Dinge haben den Urlaub nochmal besonderer gemacht. Vielen Dank wir kommen wieder

Sehr zu empfehlen

Einersets ein sehr herzlicher und zuvorkommender Empfang und Support während des gesamten Urlaubs. Anderseits ein tolles Haus mit sehr viel Platz und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist sehr gross und eignet sich für Familien bestens. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut ( Spar, Lidl etc.) sind mit dem Auto innerhalb von 10 min. erreichbar Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub der sehrr zu empfehlen ist Thank‘s Family Babic for the wonderful Holiday

Super für Große Gruppen

Wir waren super zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Leider ist das Objekt sehr auserhalb gelegen, aber schön das man dort total ungestört ist. Die Anlage und das Haus sind sehr schön und auch gut gepflegt. Die Hausherrin ist eine super freundliche Person und hilft wo sie nur kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöner Urlaub in einem herrlichen Haus

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem ruhig gelegenen, sehr gepflegtem Haus. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und alles war gut riechend und sauber. Der große Pool war sehr ansprechend und wurde regelmäßig vom Eigentümer gereinigt. Per WhatsApp haben wir immer gute Tipps von den Eigentümern erhalten und haben uns sehr willkommen und umsorgt gefühlt. Das Haus ist perfekt für 2 Familien geeignet weil man sich gut im Haus verteilen kann. Es ist ruhig aber auch etwas abseits gelegen. Mit Hund ein Traum! In wenigen Auto Minuten erreicht man große Supermärkte und Restaurants. Zum schönen Strand fährt man ca 30 Minuten. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen und sagen : vielen Dank Barbara und Deiner Familie Bis bald !

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit super Pool in toller Lage

Das Haus ist phantastisch, sehr sauber und sehr großzügig geschnitten. Wunderbare Gastgeber, die sich perfekt gekümmert haben. Sehr großes Grundstück mit tollem, großen Pool. Sehr ruhige Lage mit gut erreichbaren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank liebe Barbara!

ein traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und waren immer erreichbar und für uns da. Das Haus war wirklich sehr sauber und der Pool hat eine gute Größe. Auf dem großen Grundstück in absolut ruhiger Lage sind Spielaktivitäten mit der Familie kaum Grenzen gesetzt.

Sehr schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger Umgebung

Wunderschönes Haus, mit Schwimmbad, sehr sauber, die Besitzer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar und zur Verfügung wenn man was brauchte. Wir waren zwei Familien mit Kinder von 2,5 Jahren, 9 und 11 und zwei Hunden. Wirklich sehr schön, wer es gerne ruhig hat. Wer gerne Trubel hat, besser nicht.

Haus und Gastgeber 5*+

Das Haus und der Pool sind ein Traum! Die ganze Familie hatte sehr viel Spaß und Erholung! Die Gegend sehr Ruhig und in wenigen Minuten zu traumhaften Stränden und tollen Kulturstätten.
