Stunning home in Nedescina with WiFi

This beautiful, modern and luxurious villa is located in the small town of Martinski, near Labin.



This is about a two-storey spacious vacation home, furnished with high quality, modern, specially designed furniture and artistic paintings. The furnishings have not skimped on comfort, as in addition to beautiful living space, you will also have a wellness room with indoor jacuzzi, sauna and shower, which further extends into the activity room with billiards. Outside, additional covered terraces and an overflow pool with hydro-massage are ready to be used by you. For the youngest guests there is also a children's playground with swing, slide, playhouse and climbing frame.



In the immediate vicinity is the famous agrotourism with a restaurant where you can enjoy local specialties and wines. From this place you can make day trips to other Istrian destinations such as Pula or Rovinj.

During your stay, be sure to visit the medieval town of Labin, which will delight you with its picturesque streets, rich gastronomic offer and cultural sights. In addition, you should also make a trip to the tourist town of Rabac - "Pearl of Kvarner", where beautiful beaches, crystal clear sea and entertainment opportunities await you. In summer you can take one of the boat trips from Rabac to the nearby islands.

Wir waren mit 6 Personen und zwei Hunden dort. Es ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Pool, die Zimmer, die Einrichtung inc. der ganzen gebotenen Möglichkeiten zur Unterhaltung….einfach top. Wir hatten eine wunderbare, erholsame Zeit in der Villa Valpinia. Die Vermieter sind so freundliche und zuvorkommenden Menschen, wie man sie nicht oft trifft. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die vor Ort von Luca organisierte Geburtstagstorte bleibt, wie alles andere auch, unvergessen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alle Annehmlichkeiten(Pool, Sauna, Whirlpool, Klimaanlage, Grill, etc.) werden geboten und neben einigen Dingen im Kühlschrank sind auch Wein und ein Obstkorb bereits zur Begrüßung vorhanden. Luka ist ein toller Gastgeber und gibt gerne auch Tipps was man in der Region erleben kann. Die Kommunikation mit Luka klappt sehr gut und er antwortet immer sehr schnell.Alles in allem eine tolle Villa in der man zu acht einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbringen kann.
