Awesome home in Nedescina with sauna

Villa Calma Istria is located in a fairy-tale town called Sv. Martin which is located in central Istria. The closest sea beaches are only 12 km away of which the nearest beaches are in Rabac, which is rich in beaches with fine pebbles and crystal-clear sea.



Villa Calma Istria has four air-conditioned bedrooms with a double bed that offer accommodation for eight guests. Upstairs there are three beautiful rooms with bathroom, one of which has a terrace where you can have a coffee overlooking the fairy-tale landscape. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with dining room with 8 seats, air conditioned and spacious living room and a bedroom with a bathroom and a sauna which will surely help you relax and unwind from everyday worries!



From the living room you come to a beautiful courtyard with a luxurious pool and six comfortable deck chairs where you can soak up the summer sun. There is also a large garden where the youngest can enjoy playing in the fresh air. There is also an outdoor gas grill where you can try grilling various specialties. The villa is completely fenced with hedges so you can have your own privacy.

Do not forget to visit the beautiful tourist places Labin and Rabac on the east coast of Istria. Rabac is known for its quality tourist offer and beautiful pebble beaches, and on the hill above Rabac is located Labin, which is known for its museums and rich architecture.

Pool heating is available for an additional fee, payable locally.

A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Die Villa steht in einem kleinen Dorf das umgeben ist von vielen Weinfelder (Winzer in Mali Golji empfehlenswert). Die Einrichtung ist komfortabel und es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Aussicht vom Pool ist echt schön und der Pool steht so, dass man noch bis in den Abend Sonne hat. Die Haushälterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend (die Gasflasche vom Grill war leer und wir hatten am nächsten Morgen direkt eine Neue). Die Strände sind nicht weit entfernt (Brse? Beach unbedingt besuchen). Wer die Villa bucht kann sich auf einen tollen und entspannten Urlaub freuen.
