Outdoor shower, table tennis, volleyball, terrace, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: WiFi, trampoline, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 6.3 km, pebble beach 12 km. Please note: airfield 50 km from the property.
