"The view was beautiful. But the furniture is well over due for cleaning. Later that evening i noticed we did have any wash cloths, so my wife called the font desk and informed them, we were told the front desk closes at 6. And we would have to come down to the sister hotel down the road and get them our selves. So we had to walk a great deal to get there because parking is very limited, and didn't want to lose our space and end up having to park down the road. Oh and there's no phone in the rooms to call the front office. "

"Thus was a wonderful hotel, on the beach. We decided to book a beach hotel at last minute and were so happy. We had a 4th floor balcony beach view. Saw a great sunset and had a beverage from the bar ( although way to expensive) There was even a airshow going on with the Thunderbirds!! Breakfast was great, lots to choose from. We would stay here again!"

"This condo is in a great location if you want to be close to Pier Park and the action of Panama City Beach. With the city wide curfew, the area quiets down in the evenings to provide a restful nights sleep. The condo has a lot of amenities for a very reasonable price. It's nice having a kitchen, and 2 separate sleeping areas. There's also a super Walmart very close by for grocery runs or if you need to pick up extra beach supplies. My daughter loves that the pool goes to 10 feet (hard to find at public pools in the United States). My little dog loves that he doesn't get left behind when we go on vacation. A win-win for everyone!"

"We arrived later in the evening and the weather was rainy. Didn't get to see much as we left in the morning. Would stay again as the location seemed great. Our room was nice and from what we were able to see it looked like they had great ammenities. "

"Warning: the outside doesn’t match the inside! The place looks cute and well kept from the outside but is actually dated and dirty once you open the door to your room. Stains everywhere, rust on all kitchen surfaces, no hangers, missing/broken towel bar, ripped shower curtain, etc. Next to impossible to get clean towels or housekeeping during our 3 night stay. Staff is not helpful and will lie to you about hangers being on order, housekeeping headed to your room next (but never showed up), pools are heated (they were like ice). The only positives: the bartender was very nice, the location on the beach was great, and plenty of lounge chairs on the pool deck. "
