"Warning: the outside doesn’t match the inside! The place looks cute and well kept from the outside but is actually dated and dirty once you open the door to your room. Stains everywhere, rust on all kitchen surfaces, no hangers, missing/broken towel bar, ripped shower curtain, etc. Next to impossible to get clean towels or housekeeping during our 3 night stay. Staff is not helpful and will lie to you about hangers being on order, housekeeping headed to your room next (but never showed up), pools are heated (they were like ice). The only positives: the bartender was very nice, the location on the beach was great, and plenty of lounge chairs on the pool deck. "

"Great stay. Only thing was it was cold and the hot tub didnt work. We paid amenity fees and couldnt use said amenities. "

"Absolutely disgusting. Broken entry/exit door handles. Stained sheets! Everything smelled so awful. The smoke alarm battery chirped all night. The bathroom was so gross, red splatters on the counters, dirty footprints in the shower. Lights were burned out, outlets didn't work. Cigarette burns all over the balcony plastic chairs. The pool was murky. We stayed one night, we arrived late. After the first hour or so we knew had to leave and talked to the front desk. They said the manager would refund the rest of our stay if we left by 11:00 AM the following day. We checked out at 10:00 AM and the manager was promised to call us to confirm the refund. The manager never called. I called the front desk over and over and the manager was never in and they promised they would call me back. Almost 3 weeks later I haven't heard from the manager. I disputed the charge with bank. So awful, do not stay here. Honestly, I cannot believe they are operating. Gross."

"This staff was absolutely incredible! Very clean, housekeeping was fantastic. The manager, Jessica, was an absolute gem and helped us with an on the fly hotel switch and she was so welcoming and extremely accommodating! Breakfast was fresh and very well managed considering the number of guests. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The bartenders were attentive and an absolute pleasure. Highly recommend this property!"

"The breakfast is good. Sausage, eggs, danish etc. The couch wasn’t very clean, as I can still smell mold. I love the heating pool. Also the parking is available for a fee (20$ a day). It’s not included in the price. "

"We arrived at the Property 5 hours before checkin time. The office issued us a parking pass so we could walk around and see the local area. We returned at 4 pm to checkin and tbey informed us that our room wasnt quite ready. We went next door and got some dinner and returned at 5:50 and the room still wasn't ready. Had to sit the parking lot untill 7:30 before we got into our room. And of course the television didn't work. WHAT a way to start a vacation. The view of the Gulf was blocked by a Palm Tree. Room was in really rough shape mold in the bathroom floor, flooring was missing trim accents we were scared to walk in our bare feet. I wouldn't wish this stay on my worst enemy....Never again Expedia...."

"Breakfast was okay. Hotel is 15 min drive from the beach. Located near air force base so repeat flyovers; extremely loud. Construction on the roads in front of hotel makes it difficult to get places. Not a quiet stay due to the flyovers and construction traffic. "

"We loved this place. Had a small family and was able to walk to most places which was nice! Overall we highly recommend it "
