The seaside town of Swanage, home to Old Harry Rocks, a pretty pier and a railway line to Purbeck, is just 1.5 miles from the cottage. 4 miles away you will find Studland Bay; a glorious slice of natural coastline made up of sandy beaches and picturesque heathland or you can venture 6.5 miles inland to visit the Hartland Moor National Nature Reserve.

Located within the wing of the owner’s home and all on one level, enter through a private porch area; perfect for storing coats and boots. Step through the French doors leading into the lounge and dining area. Cosy up in this space of an evening as you power up the electric flame-effect fire that is sure to warm you up after a day along the coast. The traditional kitchen is home to all the essentials you’ll need for home cooking before sitting down in the spacious dining area to appreciate it. The bright and airy bedroom is home to a double bed offering a restful night’s sleep and a basin.

Step outside to enjoy a south facing unenclosed space complete with seating area and distant sea glimpses to the Isle of Wight. Whether you start your morning with a coffee as you appreciate the quiet or enjoy a spot of al fresco lunch, it’s a wonderful space to be enjoyed at any time of day. There is ample shared parking with the cottage’s owner.
