"Really nice place to stay with extensive grounds all well looked after. Great staff. Played golf and used the indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Also liked the games room - table tennis and pool table both top quality. Would certainly return and recommend. 👍"

"We were upgraded when we arrived to a Seaview room. The room was a nice size, very clean with a wonderful view. Having steps straight onto a beautiful beach was amazing. The hotel staff very friendly and informative. We enjoyed using the

facilities. The only slight issue was there is very little parking however there is road side parking and if you do have to paid to park they do reimburse you. "

"Thanks for a lovely stay at your property. The property is in a lovely location just outside Swanage, ith handy access to the costal path for walks from your door. The pool and sauna were very much appreciated by us all. My husband and teenage son loved the full size snooker table. The property is a great size, was very clean with access to a huge garden too. We stayed as a family of 4 and would love to return. The owners were very helpful too."

"we stayed in birch and the place is very clean and cosy. the owners were very kind enough to provide coffee/tea and fresh milk available in the caravan as well as toilet rolls, dishwashing tablets and liquid. they also provided towels and even a bath mat (which is very rare in caravans). the cooking equipment is complete and even include a variety of glasswares for drinking alcohol and not just the usual drinking glasses and wine glass. the place is very quiet and the

"The location was excellent. The property itself was beautifully decorated but with a several maintenance issues that arose it seemed it was more geared for summer rentals. Saying that we had a lovely stay with ample walks nearby and great pubs and restaurants. "
