"We ended up staying here because the motel where we'd been was totally booked and we needed somewhere else to go for one night due to events in Eugene. It turned out to be a great choice. The lady at the desk was friendly and informative, we could park right by our room, and the room was comfortable (most comfortable bed I'd slept on in several weeks of traveling!).
