"The check in online was nice! When we got to the hotel we walked in, gave our name and was handed the key to our room. So easy! The room was very clean! The breakfast had a very good variety! My husband enjoyed the trains - they didn’t bother me a bit. Everyone we encountered was extremely pleasant, keep up the good work! We will definitely come back. "

"Room was not restocked (no hand soap, no coffee pods , no coffee cups, no ice bucket liner, coffee pot didn’t work), the bathroom floor looked dirty. Towels were restocked, and I HOPE the bed had clean sheets. We came in and just fell in bed. It was not dusty, and everything looked nice at a casual glance. Desk staff are great! Personable and tried to help all they could. Parking is poorly lit, but seemed safe. Breakfast looks sparse, but after everything else we are afraid to even try it…"

"When arriving at the unit, I was surprised to see it was a duplex. Nothing wrong with that. It had a private drive i could use or street parking. When we walked up, the front porch reeked of dog feeces. The front door has to be worked to get the dead bolt to engage properly, moving the door back and forth and hoping it works this time. The floors are sticky but it could be because they are painted over wood floors. The living room had a very strong ammonia smell coming from the closet by the TV. The AC worked well, the TV and dining room was nice. The kitchen had the proper cooking utensils but the stove is very uneven and would wobble when cooking. The bedding seemed clean and there were large closets. The bathroom had a very nice shower head, but the curtain really needs replaced and the soaps that are on site are half used personal bottles. And during our last evening there the neighbors across the street began screaming at each other and raced off in their car around midnighy. You could hear gun shots at night too, but you are in the city and thats bound to happen. I just hope the 50 cleaning fee I paid actually went into proper cleaning of the property. You get what you pay for here. "

"This is a top notch rental property with top notch owners. The location is residential. My wife and I went for walks in the neighborhood in the evening and very much enjoyed our stay.The unit was immaculate upon arrival. Check-in/out was efficient and easy. There were a tremendous amount of amenities. As other have said the coffee bar goes above and beyond expectations for a rental. Another point to make is that the unit is huge. It may not look it from the outside pics but there are four good sized bedrooms.It was just my wife and I for our stay, but this unit would be great for multiple couples or a large family looking to be close to downtown Cleveland (10 -15 min drive).The decor is fun. The internet is excellent. We did not use the hot tub so we can speak to that. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again and recommend it wholeheartedly."

"The house was clean and well stocked with travel supplies (soap, shampoo, laundry, etc). Did not use the hot tub as it looked very cloudy. Nice location to get around greater Cleveland."
