Stayed for five nights in January first time experiencing the Dead Sea in winter. Our stay was extremely pleasant and relaxing. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is really good with many choices. The staff is very welcoming professional and puts one at ease.The restaurant offer high quality cuisine. The spa is great for pampering one self. The landscape of the hotel property is really beautiful and meshes so seamlessly with the surrounding topography. Highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff specially Dania at the reception was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Dead sea.

Amazing resort hotel, it has everything you could possible want/need here, we are just sad we couldn't stay longer. The dining options are amazing, the food we had during the whole stay from breakfast through to dinner was simply delicious. There was sooo much choice for breakfast and I can't recommend Chopstick and The Grill enough. Love that there is an adults-only breakfast room and pool too.

It’s is one of my favorite hotels in the Dead Sea, i am staying here every year! Although at the beginning there was a problem with the check in ( Expedia didn’t send our booking) but they were really nice and did their best to accommodate us.

I was amazed, literally from the minute I walk into the reception, even dealing with reception and front office manager assistant, which is they upgrade my room they gave me beach view , the Infinity pools for the families and the adults are clean and amazing even specially around the property with the golf cart . Night party was amazing and breakfast was delicious and a lot of variety of food. Top notch service and food

One of the best hotels we have stayed at...

A beautiful place to stay. Has everything you need and more. We spent a whole day in the spa area with the amazing "infinity pool" The breakfast and dinner is a huge buffet selection of different foods. The staff are also very freindly. ☆☆☆☆☆

The beach and pool facilities are excellent! The rooms are a bit old though and it is very loud, you can hear everything. Plus it was very cold inside the rooms and not possible to change the temperature (AC was broken).
