We welcome you to this well equipped 5 bedroom house, in a lovely location in North Part of Swindon.
There are lots of great pubs, with restaurants and a supermarket, just a stone`s throw away.
There is allocated parking and full free Wi-fi throughout the property.

Doulton Close House has a living area, kitchen, bedroom with double bed and toilet on the ground floor.

Kitchen has all mod cons including a fridge/freezer, a cooker, oven, washing machine and a dining table which seats 8.

Lounge has a Tv and two comfortable sofa`s.

Upstairs are 4 bedrooms with single and double beds. The bedrooms are set up as follows:

Bedroom 1 - 2 single beds
Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds
Bedroom 3 - 2 single beds
Bedroom 4 - 1 double bed
Bedroom 5 - 1 single bed

Family bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower and toilet.
Second bathroom has a shower and toilet.
Downstairs is a toilet.

The whole house is available for your exclusive and private use.

Because we offer a self check-in service, we need to verify the identification of all our guests prior to sending out the check in instructions. This is to ensure that the guest has booked the accommodation using their correct name or the guest that is being appointed as lead guest matches the name on the ID, to ensure avoidance of fraudulent payments and adherence to our Terms & Conditions. This information is also required to comply with the Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972. Deposit is refunded after check-out, subject to property inspection as per our Terms & Conditions
