Great hotel with very thoughtful upscale design. Nice bar. The river view is spectacular. Convenient location, good for the Christmas market and walkable to the train station. Can’t say enough good things. We loved it.

Fantastic experience with our 2 small dogs. Dog friendly hotel.The staff were very helpful and professional. Great customer service when we encountered an issue with lunch that was dealt with promptly and really elevated our experience. We stayed just one night for an event but next time we plan a longer trip and we look forward to returning to The Dolder Grand Hotel. The spa is worth a visit and a walk in the forest surrounding the hotel was so refreshing. Breakfast was delicious and the food...

Really an awesome hotel with a magnificent view of the lake. It's a short distance outside the city but still a nice quiet neighborhood. The rooms are awesome, clean, modern and good quality. Staff is friendly, and the wifi works really well. I can highly recommend a stay in this hotel.

Nice stay in the city centre. The hotel is just few steps from what you need to see in Zurich. I reall appreciated that the rooms weren't in the nowadays' all-look-the-same-way hotel room style. A city guide with painted pictures was also nice. The only thing that made the stay not totally totally great was the reconstruction. The guys were kind, but still, it was all a bit provisoire at the reception and lobby and one had to go down the stairs with a luggage and not to hit the painting...

Just an amazing place everything that you should get in a 5 start hotel. The room very spacious the room service great the louge just one of kind experience. The spa facility is one of the best that i have see Thank you do much for the staff we made us feel so special. We stay at Other 5 star hotel in Vienna before this one and was no compares.

Excellent breakfast. Small room but fabulous location

Wonderful stay at Savoy Bern. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and boast the most comfortable beds. The breakfast is quite cheap and offers an amazing buffet for a continental breakfast, with high quality items. Staff is well-trained, courteous, and helpful. Overall, excellent stay.
