Front desk staff are more interested putting their feet up out in their office then helping 24/7 like it says. Need better pillows in rooms for guests. Chefs and waitress staff were wonderful and so was buffet breakfast."

Plenty of hot water during the shower. The staff were great and made sure our stay was comfortable. Will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family, as it is very central to many tourist attractions."
