Generous one-bedroom apartment 10 mins walk to the famous Bondi Beach!
The apartment is a super large art deco apartment, close to 100m2.
It has one large and light bedroom (big East facing windows). It is possible to use the dining room as a second bedroom though it can't be enclosed so i am listing as 1 bedroom.
It comes fully furnished and features:
- Common front and back garden and laundry facilities.
- Very social buidling, all the neighbours are friends and absolute legends!
- Art Deco block of 4 apartments (the floor plan map is of all apartments)
