There were no biscuits with the tea and coffee which is unusual. As most accommodation will provide biscuits. Just a small point.

Novotel Sydney International Airport Hotel
Our main probkem was airconditioning and wi fi but was ptobably due to storm so out of the hotels control. Otherwise all gpod. Staff at the desk, cafe and the manager were fantastic.
