"Warm greeting at our early arrival well before check-in time. Allowed to do bag drop and use lounge with tea and coffee making facilities, Older hotel, updated and well kept. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great facilities and breakfast included was excellent. All staff pleasant and helpful. Good location with bars and restaurants nearby. Bus to city at bottom of street. We will definitely stay again."

"Great convenient location near Central and Surry Hills. Affordable. No frills. Friendly front desk. There should be a way to open and leave open the shared toilet room. "

"The staff are friendly & helpful and I enjoyed my stay. However, the room was slightly small but clean & tidy. The only negative thing about my room was the lack of an AC unit. It was 30c when I arrived and a slightly open window doesn’t really help much. "
