New home, four bedroom, two bathroom, well appointed lake house. Sleeps 8 adults, maximum 9 people. One king sized bed, two queen sized beds, one double bed sharing a room with single bunk beds.
Lovely deck and one minute walk to small public beach.
Very quiet summerhouse street.
3 steps to the door, two bedrooms one bath main floor, two bedrooms one bath upstairs.
Full kitchen, washer/dryer, soaker tub.
Short walk to provincial beach with boardwalk, park, cafes, restaurants and ice cream! Active nightlife short walk away. Town of Sylvan Lake STAR licence number 04477.

Queen and king beds were comfortable with great linens. The bathrooms were nice and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. The living space was well laid out. Furniture was comfortable. We loved the fire pit and the proximity to the beach. The floor could have been cleaner - we found our socks got dirty right off the bat.

The house was large, clean and well equipped, just as in the photos. It was handy to have a washer and dryer available, and an outdoor shower. The landlords were easy to communicate with, and responded quickly to questions. No hesitation in recommending to others.

Great space!

We had a wonderful stay in Sylvan Lake! The house was perfect for our group. The kitchen is very well stocked. Being a bit away from downtown was great to avoid the crowds and it was very peaceful. We spent a lot of time on the deck. Would absolutely stay here again.

Hidden gem

We have stayed multiple times at this property. Pictures represent it well. It is about a 20 minute walk to the main strip of shops, restaurants and main beach area. Mark was prompt in getting back to me on any questions I had. While we enjoyed sunny 28 degree days for our stay, fans in the bedrooms would help for the night. Once again, thanks Mark and Tanya for the accommodation!

Perfect Space for Family

We loved staying at the Jackson beach house. It was clean and spacious, the ad pictures didn’t do it justice. The yard is perfect for lounging and to enjoy a fire, the beach is a quick walk down the road - perfect stay, wish it was longer.

Great relaxing weekend with family.

After a minor hiccup with the check in door code, the hosts were excellent communicators, solving the issue immediately. The place was even better than expected— plenty of comfy seating and beds for everyone. The showers with body jets are awesome! Would not hesitate to stay here again, highly recommend.

Great Getaway Location

This house was a great getaway location for our group of 6 adults. The kitchen area makes it. It is a large area that allows easy interaction and enough room - there can be many “cooks in the kitchen”. We were curious about the outdoor space being in front of the property, but there was plenty of privacy.

Excellent Cabin!

We love this cabin and have been going every summer for the last 3 years. The hosts, Tanya and Mark, are fantastic. The communicate very quickly. The cabin is clean and comes with everything that you need. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Sylvan Lake Home

Mark and Tanya provide an excellent home with all the necessities. Comfortable beds, lots of kitchen supplies - we were celebrating a wedding close by and it was fantastic to have such a well equipped and comfortable home to stay in. The house is modern, very tasteful and bright and open. The close proximity to the lake is appealing as well - I would definitely stay there in the summer!

Fantastic House

Everything about our stay was perfect! The house was spotless and had everything we wanted/needed. It definitely had the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen! The snack basket was greatly appreciated by everyone, such a nice touch. Tanya was the perfect host, so helpful and kind. We will be renting the house again for sure.

Emergency situation at home…turned vacation

Our home flooded and our restoration company told us to leave for one week. We began messaging our Vrbo host early that morning and they replied asap….then made sure we could check in early. We went from a stressful emergency family / home situation to what felt like a one week vacation….a home away from home. Many thanks to our hosts for going above and beyond for our family.

Sylvan Lake stay

The property is perfect for our family of two seniors four adults and four grandchildren. The open living area with huge island and lots of kitchen items made meals and hangout times easy. The grandkids loved the yard area. We will definitely be renting the same accommodation in the future. I needed to phone the hosts on a minor issue and Tanya answered immediately.

Perfect family getaway

We had 7 adults and two toddlers in our group. The home is set up perfectly for families. So much space in the kitchen and living room area! Lots of seating, both indoors and out. Every kitchen item you could need is on hand. Short walk down to a beach area which was wonderfully shallow at this time of year and perfect for the little ones to paddle in. The owners responded quickly to my questions and were great to deal with. We are looking to rebook again for next year.
