"Das Hotel wird als 5-Sterne-Haus geführt, entspricht aber meiner Meinung nach höchstens 3 Sternen. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer – in einem war die Dusche defekt. Der Boden hat bei jedem Schritt nachgegeben, und nach dem Duschen stand das komplette Badezimmer unter Wasser. Zusätzlich war in beiden Zimmern Schimmel sichtbar, was für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel absolut nicht akzeptabel ist. Das Frühstück war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings recht überschaubar. "We stayed for one night. Check in and check out was smooth. Valet service was available as we came and went on arrival, during the day and the next day while sightseeing. The room had a complimentary fruit bowl on arrival as well as the usual tea and coffee facilities. It would have been nice to have actual ceramic cups rather than disposable cups but we didn’t ask to be fair. Staff at reception were very welcoming and accommodating. Iron and ironing board provided on request. Brought chilled water bottles on day of checking out in addition to what was already in the room. Would definitely stay again."
