"Great room, great breakfast service - basic but very nice staff. Worthy of a 9-10 star rating. However, the bar service at night was disappointing. The servers totally ignored me. I get that I am American and generally unwelcome - but other customers were walking out as well too, but obvious everyday customers were getting good service. I highly recommend staying here - but very annoying none the less."

"We only stayed for one night but it was perfect for our family of 4 before boarding our cruise. A beautiful family runs this B&B. They are very responsive and helpful. They even provided transportation to the ship. Breakfast was wonderful and served in a cute garden greenhouse. The neighbourhood feels safe but I would not recommend walking from the bus station at night. Hoping to stay again on our next trip to Ravenna."

"This was the perfect resting place for us during our stay in Ravenna. Close to the train station, the old city sites, restaurants, all of walking distance. The host was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was a feast for the eyes and the stomach in a beautiful garden set up. The room was grand (4 of us) with cool air conditioning, the beds were comfortable. We were so excited to stay there in this historic property and enjoyed it thoroughly."

"Breakfast not included which was fine with us. Asked at front desk where we could go get an espresso and they said we could just get it in the hotel breakfast room. All other hotels had either a hot pot in room or allowed a cup of coffee from breakfast restaurant. Went in and got it and my friend got hot water for tea. Got stopped by a very rude woman who all but yelled at us. Had to pay more for that cup of coffee than I did anywhere else in Italy!! At least the hot water was free. I had no problem paying for the coffee but was very put off by the attitude. Everything else about the hotel and staff were truly lovely."
