"It was a good place to stay but my only complaint was the ice machines. At first the 1st floor didn’t have any ice then the next day the 2nd floor didn’t and in my 3rd day both were out, as I was walking away the lady at the counter said well the 3rd floor works. Obviously, this isn’t a deal breaker but I do like it when things work."

"No baggage check for late travelling guests and even a very helpful front desk person never heard of any hotel offering baggage checks in 5 years of working at Tru. This is the only down point There was time when baggage checks were common courtesy from any Hilton Hotels for guests who check out but have late flight so they don’t have to lug their suitcases with them while awaiting flight time."

"Toilet would not fill with water, had to take the lid off & shake the valve. They always lock me out of my room while I am at the Dr. I go at 8am and back by 9:30 key is always deactivated, check out is noon!!"
