Evelyn's House: outdoor heated Jacuzzi, Views, cozy Fireplace & 500Mbps WiFi

10/10 Excellent

"We had a great stay at Evelyn's House. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, with plenty of towels, good showers, reliable hot water and a coffee machine (with pods included). The hot tub was also a nice bonus. It's an easy 10–15 minute walk to the old town, making it a convenient base for exploring Chania. Evelyn was very helpful and communicative throughout, providing clear check-in instructions and lots of useful recommendations for places to visit and eat. We encountered an issue during our stay, but Evelyn was very responsive when we contacted her and arranged for it to be resolved promptly the same day. One thing worth noting for groups is that one of the double bedrooms is in a separate studio next door, rather than within the main apartment. We hadn't realised this when booking, although it could be a real advantage for guests who would appreciate some extra privacy when travelling as a group. Overall, a very good stay, and we would happily recommend it."

Chania old own and the harbour, 15 minute walk to a lovely safe beach where you can have lunch and get sunbeds at the Alos. Super relaxing week away, would highly recommend. Oh, and has a pool so you can just swim and chill with drinks if you want to be extra lazy 😀"

"The room was clean, peaceful, modern, and luxurious. It had a large balcony with a view of the sea. The pool seemed to be always in the shade, surrounded by buildings so we didn’t use it as we were there in October. The breakfast was good with many options. The hotel is close to the seaside walkway to access restaurants and shops. 20 minute walk to the central bus station."

"What can I say the hotel was excellent along with the amazing views. All the stuff was helpful and sweet. They even offered to make us pack lunch to take with us on our excursion which was at 7am. We did have to inform them night before and they remembered who was vegi too. I would definitely recommend and would be looking to rebook with them. A+++"

"The hotel is in an excellent location, right on the edge of the Old Town, 5 minutes walk from the harbour. Had a very good superior room, with balcony, on the top floor (4th) facing the old town with the sea in the distance. The room was fairly basic, but clean, with a good bed and bathroom. The swimming pool area was better than in the photos , and pleasant enough to spend time lounging around. The inclusive breakfast was very good, with a wide range of hot and cold options to choose from. The bus station is 20 minutes away, and offers good routes to other towns and beaches. I would definitely stay again."

"We had an excellent, if short, stay. The hotel should really be 4 stars, hands down. Room (suite) was impecable, great furnishings and bedding, staff accommodating and free parking very convenient. The location is as best it can be, right in the harbor, with magnificent views. The only place we will consider if we return to Chania."
