The house has been recently renovated. You have available a bedroom for 2 people, next to a sofa bed also for two people, equipped kitchen, living room with Smart TV 4K with connection to all platforms.



You have a bright work area, with views and high speed WIFI (600 Mb).



The windows facing the outside have 3M mirrored sheets, for privacy at all times.



You also have a cozy terrace where you can enjoy the sunset.



The cleaning of the house is done with ECO products and the energy consumed comes from sustainable sources.



El Pris is a fishing village, quiet and ideal to rest, has restaurants of typical Canarian food and a small supermarket. It is well connected with the main tourist towns of the island.

Apartamento muy completo

Pros: Antonio ha sido un anfitrión excelente. Su hospitalidad y su amabilidad han hecho que la estancia sea aún mejor. Ha estado muy atento en todo momento y ha cuidado minuciosamente de todos los detalles. Asimismo, nos ha facilitado múltiples recomendaciones muy acertadas. En cuanto al apartamento, aunque es pequeñito está muy bien equipado. Cuenta con todo lo indispensable y más. A destacar, los utensilios de cocina que se encuentran impecables. La decoración está muy bien escogida y las vistas al atardecer sobre el mar y las luces del amanecer lo hacen aún mejor. Como su nombre indica, se pueden escuchar las olas. La zona es muy tranquila y cuenta con múltiples opciones de aparcamiento. Muy cerca hay un mirador para apreciar el atardecer con el Teide. Hemos estado muy a gusto y nos sentimos muy agradecidos. La estancia se ha hecho muy corta y nos gustaría repetir pronto.
