Just off the Living room is a bedroom, great for kids, with a Twin trundle bed and a set of Twin bunk beds. Right next to the bedroom is a full bathroom with bathtub.
At the top of the stairs there’s a reading nook with a leather chair and ottoman and a desk. To the left is the Queen Master suite with TV, Juliette balcony and full bathroom featuring dual vanities, tub and separate shower. Very convenient location, about a 10 min drive from palisades. Cabin is very clean and spacious. It had mostly everything we needed except shampoo/conditioner would have been nice. Would rent again!

Wonderful!!
Fit two families of 4 quite well with all the amenities we needed for a ski week. Hot tub, warm house with two cozy big bedrooms upstairs and a kids room downstairs. Don’t feel like we missed out on anything and would definitely rent again!
Everything was as advertised. Close to stores and restaurants in Tahoe City. Property manager was organized and communicative. We all very much enjoyed our stay and would rent here again.
We rent often in Tahoe and this was a family favorite!
Our biggest complaint of other Tahoe rental homes is the very dated decor and bedding. It’s a simple touch- and this home was on par with nice linens, hot tub and well~equipped kitchen. The home was very clean and tidy with nice light:
Close to everything Tahoe has to offer. The 7 mile trailhead at the end of the street was an unexpected bonus.
Thank you for our wonderful Christmas stay. 🎄

Great location, near healthfood store and Station Pizza which is excellent!Beds are comfortable, kitchen fully stocked. Clean and co.fortable. back yard was great for sledding wbich was provided. Driveway was full of ice and we had 2 falls, hopefully they fixed it. We also had a few small mice encounters but they hopefully took care of that also. Overall agreat home and would stay again.

Reviewer Comments:
Brilliant stay in this property. Exactly as shown in the pictures. Property was a little warm (late July) even at night and had to keep windows open and box fans moving the air as much as possible. However, property is clean, comfortable and well appointed. We cooked a couple nights and didn’t feel that there was anything missing (pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware etc). Hot tub was a great way to wind down after a day of adventuring don’t expect much from the yard, but we didn’t really see a need to use it or hang out there. Really well located and a short drive to lots of restaurants and stores. Uncommon Kitchen, very close by, is a great stop for fresh produce, natural products and made to order sushi. Granlibakken is a super short drive including Tahoe City Treetop adventures which is a very fun outing for all. ~15 mins to Sugar Pine, ~30 mins to Emerald Bay. We had a request to the property management company and it was addressed quickly and efficiently which was deeply appreciated. Delighted with our choice and would definitely stay again, any time of year.

Reviewer Comments:
The Bonanza vacation rental was great. it was clean, very spacious and well equipped with kitchen essentials. The spa tub was clean and looks new. Great location being so close to The lake, Truckee river, grocery store and Granlibakken. We stayed for 4 nights during summer and it happened to be the heat wave. A few more fans to help cool the bedroom on the main level since there was no window screen for the window in that room. I wish the unit was air conditioned since that is the only thing lacking for this property to make it a really comfortable stay during the summer months. Just a few notes, there were ants in the morning by the kitchen sink even though we cleaned it the night before, There were bigger black ants n the upper level bathrooms. There wasn’t a lot, but you’ll notice 3 or 4 in the shower area only. There were also spiders that we had to watch out for. We found 1 in the main bathroom stairs and another in the living room by the stairs. Maybe the house needs fumigation or something to keep those bugs away. Overall, it was nice. I would stay here again in the winter but not sure during the summer. There was also the hot tub that was not very useful in the summer but I see being great during the winter season. I also appreciate the quick response when we had to call regarding a unit issue. It was handled right away.

Great rental property! Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans and dishes plus basic cooking needs such as spices, oils, and other welcomed items. Comfy beds! Nice towels and linens Exceeded expectations
The place was great! Very comfy beds, everything was really clean and nice, and the location was very convenient. The only thing I will mention is there are no extra towels for the hot tub, so bring your own or be prepared to do some laundry.
The location was very convenient. Walkable to shops and restaurants. I would recommend this property.

We love the house rental on Badger
This property was exactly as listed (hot tub works, backyard exists), beautifully done up and perfect for a group trip. A little off the main road it was super close to Tahoe city but also very quiet and easy to get to palisades from. I would definitely stay here again.
Great Family home conveniently located in North Tahoe
This is a nice property with a well stocked kitchen, large living spaces for family bondings and multiple beds. The property at walking distance from the lake, grocery stores and restaurants.
The property was as advertised. Nice area. You will need to use your car to get lake access, but that is the case with most places. I would absolutely stay there again.
The house was perfect for two families and 4 children. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property. The property was very well equipped with new appliances and plates, silverware and very clean. The kitchen was great and kids enjoyed the jacuzzi. Location is also perfect so close to Tahoe City!
This was our second summer vacation at this comfy, conveniently-situated and well-stocked home in Tahoe City. we have a strong love and preference for the west shore of Lake Tahoe, and this home puts us in close proximity to some of our favorite activities: Hiking, kayaking, zip lining, riding bikes, rafting down the Truckee River, playing tennis and pickle ball. It’s also close to Sunnyside, good cafes, and easy short drive to Meeks Bay or Sand Harbor on the Nevada side. We enjoyed the outdoor spa, reading on the decks, the relaxed feeling, cool downstairs hardwood floors and large dining room table for eating and playing games.we love this place and will definitely be back in the future.
Overall, stay was just fine and as advertised. But the owner then contacted me about a chip in a plate and a burn mark on a wooden spatula in an accusatory manner. We didn't even use those items and it felt like a slap in the face as, even though done by a previous guest, I had paid for small damage insurance. There were a ton of little items in disrepair on the property. cracks, drywall, unfinished closet spaces, no grout or bad grout, cracked tiles, makeshift patches, floorboard that didnt meet the wall. We didnt even want to touch the tub. Clearly not keeping things up and just on to the next renter. We will not be recommending.
Rental with Hauserman group was simple and property was well supplied with necessary kitchen supplies, towels and beds were clean. I will say that the front entry had a bunch of ice buildup from recent storms that we had carefully maneuver while entering/exiting the house. Other than that the property was great and the hot tub was a nice extra at the end of skiing each day.

Amazing home to stay at lake Tahoe with a family. House is very well equipped.
