Native Landing Lakefront in Carnelian Bay - Hot Tub - Luxury

Located on the north shore of Lake Tahoe, Native Landing is a wonderful, family home located on a private side street conveniently off the main road.

This amazing Lakefront makes for a serene lakefront experience. Enjoy the lovely lower deck which leads directly to the pebbly beach, or relax on the upper deck outside the master bedroom as the sun rises and sets.

Luxurious comforts throughout. The Native artwork lends to this home's warm, inviting atmosphere throughout. Enter into a beautifully designed foyer situated between the bedroom and man living area of the home. Head towards the lake and enjoy the gourmet kitchen, dining room, and oversized sectional in the open concept living room! Step out onto the expansive lakeside deck with outdoor seating in the summer, take a dip year round and warm up in the hot tub after.

Inside, enjoy the luxurious comforts of the four bedrooms and bathrooms, appointed with beautiful Tahoe decor and finishes.

Location:
Ideally situated between Tahoe City and Kings Beach, you are in perfect proximity to shopping, restaurants and the public beaches. On a quiet street away from the main highway.

Parking: Parking is available for 1 car in the garage and 3 in the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.

The pictures do not do this beautiful house justice. Absolutely stunning views, the sound of the waves 24 hours a day, the sunsets, the perfectly appointed kitchen and bedrooms, clean, warm, and welcoming. Would recommend this to anyone who wants a memorable experience. I will definitely be back to enjoy this magical property again.

Beautiful and peaceful

Great location and beautiful lake view from all rooms. Great layout of the house and right on the lake. A little trouble with heating the jacuzzi, but the property manager was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again with kids or adults.

Sisters Getaway

This was perfect relaxing stay for a North Lake Tahoe getaway. Plenty of activities nearby but not doing anything and just soaking in the jacuzzi and taking in the lakeside views was also just fine. Everything was well stocked for cookin which we really appreciated! Thank you!

A truly special location!

If you are looking for lake views, look no further! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was such a special location to celebrate a friend’s 50th birthday. We enjoyed drinks on the deck and paddle boarding at sunrise. The location is perfect with lake access and very close to town and hiking trails. We had 10 people in our group and had plenty of space for everyone. We had an amazing time, and the service provided by the property management company was top-notch in answering all our questions about the house amenities. Thank you for a memorable celebration!

Great house - terrible property management

The good - Really enjoyed the property, great location, clean. The Bad - Worst storm in 50 yrs made getting to rental impossible first night. Property mgmt. response -- your problem... no flexibility on partial refund, nothing. Spa never worked during our stay, tried to call a number of times never got anyone on the phone. Received an email that they got message and would let spa company know. never saw anyone/never heard back from rental agency. Then we arrive home and get $265 charge on credit card - no explaination. I have to reach out and am told we broken the internal glass on the oven??? We are accused of breaking it but barely used the appliances and ask for proof it was not broken before our arrival - nothing... We left the property spotless and took very good care of the house while there. Unconvinced we broke anything.... Would only stay here again if run by an different property management company... Feel they were difficult and unresponsive when things needed to be fixed...

The house was extremely clean, the layout is perfect for adults, teens and kids to co-exist and the views are spectacular. Roaming the pebble beach even when it’s cold outside is a perfect way to start the day. The beds were all incredible comfortable and the kitchen is stocked to perfection. For our thanksgiving meal there was everything we needed. I also appreciated that there was dish soap, a sponge and laundry detergent. By the end of the stay we were already talking about making this a tradition! We would definitely go back! And the jacuzzi was the cherry on top! Thank you!!

Unbeatable view

What a beautiful view from a beautiful home. Family celebrated my husband's 70th birthday; he has health issues, so the few stairs to the first floor bedroom were great. Plenty to do for the grand kids (8, 11, 13), whether at the house or a few miles away at Tahoe City. This one was hard to leave. Before we even drove away we were pondering on when to return.
