Pack your bags and settle in to our newly renovated home located down the beautiful Westshore of Lake Tahoe. Chamberlands Pier bar and restaurant to enjoy sunset adventures with family and friends! The home has ample sleeping space and a large living room for the whole group to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to prepare meals, and enjoy in the dining room or sunny deck! Enter into a grand foyer with river rock décor. There are 2 bedrooms and shared bathroom on this level to separate the group. Head upstairs to an open concept kitchen, living room, and dining area. The primary bedroom is located off the kitchen and has its own private balcony and full bathroom.

Location:
Tahoma offers access to beautiful beaches, biking and hiking as well as being minutes away from the Chambers Landing Bar and Grill, which is located next to a nice sandy public beach. Or venture a few miles south to Sugar Pine Point State Park to enjoy fishing, sandy beaches, historic tours and more hiking trails. In winter you will enjoy being close to popular ski resorts and snow shoeing trails.

Parking:
Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles. Two in the garage and two in the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 guests ages 6 and up.
* Use of the BBQ and outdoor furniture is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.

Wedding Week

Our stay was wonderful with one minor hiccup when we first arrived with the outdoor furniture for the deck was inside. We relocated them back out to the deck but had to clean up dirt, leaves and bugs from the furniture. Once that little blip was done the house was amazing, communication with the property manager was good, and we had a wonderful time.

A great stay!

Stayed for Thanksgiving with family. Ample room for 8 of us between the two main floors and loft area. Lovely home with plenty of open space. We didn't get to use the outside deck spaces due to weather, but it looked enjoyable for other seasons. The house had a well appointed kitchen with almost everything that you might need. Located in a quiet neighborhood and great for a cozy time with family.

Great family Thanksgiving!

Lovely accommodations, comfy beds, lots of dishes. Nice open floor plan so didn’t feel cramped. Loft was a huge benefit - game area and more sleeping space. Quiet neighborhood, close to store, lake, restaurants. Would stay again!

Quiet, well-appointed and convenient

My husband, two adult children, and I stayed in the property and found it to be perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals, and the areas for spending time together and talking were nicely decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and the location was convenient for hiking trails and restaurants in Tahoe City.

Christmas Joy

We had an incredible Tahoe Christmas vacation stay! It snowed on Christmas Eve and created the exact atmosphere we were after. We made snowmen, carved snow angels and even built an amazing igloo. Down the street we even found a great spot to do some fantastic sledding. The unexpected delight was the bumper pool table upstairs. We had never played before but this ended up being a great surprise. Most importantly, our dog had the best time of all. We will definitely be returning to this winter wonderland!

Relaxing family stay at beautiful cabin with room for all

We enjoyed a mini family reunion with 5 adults and one dog. The cabin is spacious and beautifully furnished with two very nice decks. Comfortable beds, good showers and well equipped kitchen. In spite of the secluded area, the WiFi was good. I would rent this cabin again in spite of the following: There are only 6 forks. The toilet paper provided by Tahoe Rental Company is third world quality. The grill is rickety, but it works. The red couch in the living room needs to be shored up in the middle to the right of the corner. The barrel chair on the deck needs to be glued together. It's a lovely cabin that could use some TLC and more forks.

Nice cabin with plenty of room for family get together.

The cabin was very roomy and well equipped with the things we needed. Very easy check-in. We did have issues with windows not working and toilets not flushing. We contacted the property and their response was quick and easy. After sending someone out to fix the issue, we went to flush the toilet to find it was not resolved. The master toilet still did not flush at all. That was the only inconvenience we had with the stay.

Beautiful Home

Overall beautiful home in very quiet and convenient location. Full with everything you may need for your stay. We need it to do couple repairs before we started using the bathroom down stairs. Shower drain was clogged and one sink were clogged. My husband had to do it so we can take shower. Storm door on the balcony was misplaced and we had to fix that too. Cleaning service should do more deep cleaning ( found underwear in the closet and very hairy and dusty around night stands in all bedrooms. Balcony and front entrance are were not cleaned.

Grocery store about a 15 min drive to Safeway. Remember to bring your toiletries/toilet paper since none provided. Also, condiments to cook. Bedding needs to be upgraded and bedding in beds didn't seem like it was changed. Maybe just too overused. Kitchen equipment satisfactory. Maybe another pot would help. Lacking in silverware. Cell reception not great since home located about 6 min from main road.

The house was great for our needs. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for us. We used the poker table, wifi, tv and everything worked fine. I would have appreciated a little more water pressure, but that is a minor nit. Would definitely stay again.

Overall the property was excellent and accommodating. We spend most of our time at Meek's Bay, so the home location was just what we wanted. For the most part the property was well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, etc., with well working appliances. We would definitely rent this home again.
