"Great staff always helpful. Housekeeping needs to step up a notch, I often noticed my tables were not cleaned daily, missed 1 day collecting garbage. They always made the bed. The bed was a bit firm for my back. Room 1404 needs a brand new bath tub and new shower head, The current bath tub was in bad shape. A complete renovation would be nice for my next trip"
