"We stayed there for six nights, location is exceptional. The room is spacious. There are not many amenities and we only used the laundry room and the water machine on 3/f. There are stains on the carpet of our room, in terms of housekeeping only towels were changed."

"Check in was fast, breakfast offered, clean room but toilet very small, no drinking water provided in the room but they have empty bottle for you to fill forever, we could not locate where is the water fountain, shuttle bus on time and clean."

"Pool was closed despite being advertised that it would be open April 1 (ironically). Staff were great and facilities were clean and modern. Grounds were nice and gym was good. Great location and convenient airport shuttle. Note that vending machines in lobby do not take Apple Pay or credit cards, only Asian payment apps."

"The cleanliness of the hotel itself and the rooms are superb. Housekeeping does everyday cleaning and changed towels, refills tissue and toilet papers daily. There is water refill machine in each De Luxe Rooms. Coffee and Tea were refilled daily as well. Staff are helpful, courteous, and polite to guests. There is everyday breakfast choices whether you want to have buffet breakfast or set room orders. We availed buffet breakfast during our stay and food was extravagant! Disneyland Explorer Lodge was a great choice for families big or small. Getting around is easy and comfortable. Choose this hotel resort and you’ll never go wrong with your decision. I will surely book again to explore more in Hong Kong Disneyland, and also Hong Kong itself."

"Bathroom is a bit rusty and outdated. There is no power point to use hair dryer. No USB socket for charging. Blanket is so thin to keep the body warm. Luggage storage is $150/piece/day is incredibly. "
