Great hotel.
The hotel is in a great location, not far from the train station and easy to find. The rooms are very comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. The price is very fair. It was a very pleasant surprise

we'll located hotel
I like Taipei and I like this hotel. Stayed previously when it was called Diary of Taipei. It is located well not far from main train station and short walk to ximendeng area. Hotel rooms are nice size (some without windows). Breakfast can be chaotic, and chinese based, they have great steamed dumplings. Free drinks during the day has reduced to tea coffee and water , the cola machine is gone!!! free use of laundry machines.(either bring your own powder/dryer sheets or purchase in reception)

Big hotel good location but since there are many travels, i was annoyed by soundproofs were bad. I hear footsteps toilet flushes tv sound elevator rings. Okay price but i wont go back

There are tea and coffee in the lobby, but not in the room. The hotel also doesn't offer body lotions. The first room we got, we cannot change the TV's channel. They were nice and switched us to another room, although not very efficiently. The TV worked fine until second night where we cannot change the channel again. Overall the rooms were small but clean. The location was very convenient, around 5 mins walk to the Taipei main station.

This hotel was very good for the price. Food was decent, room was clean, professional staff, and very convenient to the Taipei Main Station. The only thing that threw me off guard were the dusty walls in my room, but it didn't bother me anymore after a few hours. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, it is good. - The pricing is very good for this hotel. - Its location is great. Taipei Station is just in walking distance. Very convenience for public transportation. -The food of the breakfast is good. There is 24 hour self-serve coffee and tea are available in the restaurant. This restaurant is open to the customers after the breakfast. There is a quiet corner in it and you can read and work there. - The lighting on the restroom should be improved. There is only a small portable mirror, and the light is not on top of the washing sink. It is too dark and dim for shaving. - One minor thing was that the staffs here are cold. I did not see any smiles from the reception counter to the restaurant. Even I was the 3rd one walked in the restaurant for breakfast, I said "Good Morning" to the breakfast ticket collector but no response.

Friendly casual Moshamanla
Arrived after midnight; took the bus from airport to Taipei Main Stn. A bit far with heavy luggage but walkable distance from Taipei Main Stn. Close to subway line; many of the lines have connecting walkways underground. Wasn't too excited about the breakfast, the toast with sweet crisp butter was nice though. There's some bread, butter/jam; and coffee/tea so even if you arrive late at night like I did, there's a nibble available. They're relaxed about their open dining area which is just behind the lobby counter; people bring in food and gather there. Very yummy pepper meat bun baked fresh in the morning across from hotel. Must try! Many small hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, massage shops in area. Some nearby attractions in walking distance. The famous nightmarkets and outdoor hot spring (bring a bathing suit) are a few subway stations away.

Our stay was great overall for the price paid. The brekfast, though more suited to chinese visitors, was adequate and better than similar hotels. The gym is bsically useless so we had to go to a real gym (World Gym) to get our exercise done. Finally, the staff was excellent.

Location is good. But sound proof is so poor, we don't need alarm, definitely will get up at 7am, can hear kids crying, door open and close, ppl walking outside. Room and toilet has no windows. Breakfast don't taste good. We went out for mac breakfast twice.

location is its strong points
We like firm mattress but we find the mattress to be super hard. The design of the rooms are poor. Rooms are small in size. The windows are in the bathroom so the blinds are constantly down. There is only a table mirror in the bathroom; should place a mirror on the bathroom wall. Bathroom is dim and has no towel bars inside bathroom.

Everything is Excellent!!!! Very nice hotel. Except Wall room. Maybe too thin. I can hear other room voice. My first night i can't sleep until 2.30am becuase other room they talk and play something all night. But I call to operator. The operator can handle it in 5 minute. Everything it OK. I can sleep now. Nice service from staff.

A hotel worth to be revisited
The location is perfect. Close to Taipei Central Station. The lobby is spacious. Provides coffee, tea, bread, butter and jam to visitors 24 hours. The room is tidy. Bathroom is spacious with body foam and shampoo.

Clean environment, simple layout of the hotel, got laundry services, however the room doesn't have any windows for air circulation. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Good location and is convenient walking to mrt station. Will recommend for those short trip stay.

I have stayed in this property earlier on the 15/11 for a night. The room accorded was far below standard in comparison of what I got for 2 nights stay on 27-19/11/19 after I lodged a complaint. The earlier room was dimly lit and the window was in the toilet and very small resulting in no place at all for luggage placement. In the later stay after complaint, the room was more spacious and brightly lit and with window in the bathroom and room. I was told the earlier room was a corner room. However the property management should not used the corner double room as a family room. The breakfast is acceptable but dinning area a bit messy

First off, the hotel staff are really nice. They were willing to hold our luggage for days even though we only spent one night there. Helped us save on lockers. The hotel is also about 5-10 minute walk fro,Reception desk and dining area looks nice but the room itself was the problem. It was so dusty and dirty looking. Size was fairly big but I did pay over $100 for a night there.
