"This was our second stay here during this trip, mainly because the location is excellent. It’s very convenient for last-minute snack shopping before checking out. The rooms are compact, but we managed our luggage and got around comfortably. We learnt how best to place our items :) I would stay here again for the convenience, but the check-in process could be improved. It took much longer than expected, with multiple steps involving different counters and terminals before the check-in and tourist tax payment were completed."

"The room was very nice. The bathroom was excellent, with its own standing shower, separate. The only downside I could find and that was very hard to do was the there's no hook to hang the towel on the bathroom, and the towels are very, very small. You can hardly wrap them around you but I couldn't find anything else wrong with a hotel that was beautiful. Very close to the train as well. I will definitely stay there again if I'm in that area."

"とても快適に過ごせました。スタッフの方々も感じが良く親切でした。ただ、ウォーターサーバーからの水を入れる用に推奨されていた木のタンブラーだけは苦手でした。（独特の匂いがあるため）グラスかマグカップに入れた方が良いですね。場所も駅近で周りにお店もいっぱいあって交通も便利なので、また利用させていただきたいです。"

"Friendly staff, clean room and bathroom. Very convenient for the Shin-Osaka station but is a bit of a mission to find the first time. That’s probably more of an issue with the station labyrinth and the fact Google doesn't handle three dimensional directions on multiple levels and skywalks very well. Once found it’s about a 10 minute walk to the Shinkansen gates."
