"We so fortunate to have booked this hotel.Sam, the concierge was such a help to us as we arrived to the hotel with dead cells phones. Sam and the other staff charged the phone for us. Sam went above and beyond to assist us in getting to our booked excursions. Without his assistance and direction we would not have the great experience that we had in Istanbul. We appreciate your wonderful service and encourage any travelers to stay at this hotel and experience the First class experience we had. The hotel is in walking distance or using the tram to get to the famous sites. The hotel its self was very nice clean and perfect before a cruise. A bakery and a place for a full breakfast was just around the corner. Very delicious!. I had read previous reviews about the hotel and Sam. It was a pleasure to receive this type of personalized service. "
