Here’s a professional rewording of your feedback: --- The hotel charges £10 per person, per visit, to use the pool. For a family of four staying two nights, this would amount to £80, which seems excessive. Typically, hotels that advertise facilities such as a pool, gym, or spa include access within the room rate, so it was disappointing to find this was not the case here. Additionally, the steam room was out of order during our stay, the changing facilities were below expectations, and the lockers required guests to bring their own padlocks. My advice is stay at the Hilton or Radission ,they are similar in price and free acess to the pool.

Stunning hotel with amazing pool and jacuzzi area and fabulous outdoor space for sunbathing.Shuttle service to nearby Hensol castle for gin distillery tour/afternoon tea. If you prebook dinner option, you will get 3course menu, otherwise it’s only ala carte on the day. Breakfast is excellent and weather permitting you can sit outside on the terrace with the view of the golf course.The only downside is, that it is in the middle of nowhere and you can eat only in the 1 restaurant as there’s nothing else nearby.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was ok but the sheets didn't fit the beds!
