"This was a pleasant last stop on a long trip. We had never been to Helen before, but had heard about it. We found every member of the hotel staff to be friendly and helpful in helping us around the town and amenable. Our original plan was to just overnight and head home, but after seeing the hotel and town we decided to extand our stay at least one night. The staff went out of their way to make it happen. Very impressed."
